Construction of a Mechanism for Evaluating the Effectiveness of Employee Skills Training in the New Context

Abstract：This paper aims to explore theconstruction improvementof a mechanismforevaluating theefectiveness of employeeskillstraninginthenewcontext.FirstitanalyzestheimportantroleofemployeeskillstraininginenterprisedevelopmentthecriticalsignificanceofevaluationinoptimizingtrainingBydeeplyanalyzingtheexistingproblems inthe current evaluationmechanism，suchasthelimitationsofevaluationindicators，thesingularityofevaluation methods，the discontinuityoftheevaluatioprocesstheinsufficientapplicationofresultsacomprehensivescientificfeasiblecstruction plan isproposed.Thisplan includestheestablishmentofamulti-dimensionalevaluationindicator systemcovering knowledge skills，work performance，professonalqualityteamwrk；theintegrateduseofvariousevaluationmethds suchasexamspacticalassessmentsursteiewsefonceanalysisadcaseudies；asstematicat process that includes pre - training，mid - training， post - training evaluations.
