Writing Instruction Strategies for Chinese Language Majors Based on Contextual Creation

Abstract:Writing isanactivitythatconstructsdiscourseinaspecificcontextBasedonthisteachersshouldguide students in learningwritingthroughcotextualcreationToeffectivelyimplement thisapproach,thispapercnductsastudyonwriting instructionstrategiesforChineselanguage majorsbasedoncontextualcreation.After discussing theconnotations andvalue ofcontextualcreationthe paperexplores practicalapproachesfromthreeaspects:creating writing contexts,guiding the writing process,andintegating wtingevaluatinhegoalisforstudentstofallinlovewithwitingleanhowtowrieandactively engageinwritingthroughexperiencingcontext-basedwritinginstruction,therebyenhancingtheefectivenessofwriting instruction for Chinese language majors.
