Research on the Practical Path of Integrating the Protection and Inheritance of Intangible Cultural Heritage into the Strategy of Northern Frontier Culture in Inner Mongolia

AbstractIntangibleculturalheritage isthecrystallzationofthewisdomandcivilizationof theChinesenation，and its protection andinheritance areimportantpathwaysforrevitalizatinandinnovation.Sincethe“4thFive-YearPlan，”significant progress has been made inthe protectionandinheritance ofintangibleculturalheritagein Inner Mongolia.However， therearestillissuesintheprotectionprocess，suchastheimbalancebetweenprotectionanddevelopmentweaksynergistic effctsbetweencategorized protectionandholisticprotection，incompleteprotectionandinheritance mechansms，insuffcient academicandresearchcooperation in heritage studies，andthe underdevelopmentof externalculturalexchange functions. Basedonthe specificrequirements of thenational andnorthernfrontier culture strategies andculturaldevelopment inthe new era，this paper proposes new paths for the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage.

黨的二十大以來(lái)，人們認(rèn)識(shí)到文化在增強(qiáng)國(guó)家和民族軟實(shí)力、核心發(fā)展力、國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力中的地位和改善人民精神生活、促進(jìn)地方經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、增強(qiáng)綜合國(guó)力和國(guó)際影響力的作用愈來(lái)愈深刻，也越來(lái)越明確提升文化創(chuàng)新力的重要性、緊迫性和艱巨性，提升文化創(chuàng)新力以引領(lǐng)地方經(jīng)濟(jì)文化發(fā)展已然成為全社會(huì)的共識(shí)。（剩余6946字）
