A Probe into the Integration of the" Three Northern Spirits” into the Ideological and Political Education in Colleges and Universities

Abstract：The“Three-NorthSpirit"embodies theidealsbeliefs，spiritualoutlook，andvaluepursuitsof Chinese Comunists，serving asanimpotantnourshmentforideologicalandpoliticaleducationinuniversitiesTodeeplygrasptheessnce of the“Three-NorthSpirit"andintegrate it intotheideologicalandpoliticaleducationsystemofuniversities，aframework of"value alignment-content matching-system integration"is established.Throughanalyzing thevalue connotations and work contents of this integration，the paper outlines the practical path of their integration.

三北防護(hù)林工程是1978年以來我國為改善三北（西北、華北、東北）地區(qū)生態(tài)環(huán)境實(shí)施的一項(xiàng)建設(shè)大型人工林業(yè)的生態(tài)工程，三北人民在黨的帶領(lǐng)下，經(jīng)過幾代人的長期奮斗，使荒漠化、土地沙化得到了有效遏制，實(shí)現(xiàn)了從“沙進(jìn)人退”到“綠進(jìn)沙退”的歷史性轉(zhuǎn)變，鑄就了偉大的“三北精神”。（剩余6118字）
