基于熱流固耦合的無油螺桿壓縮機流場數(shù)值模擬方法

Abstract: When the working speed of the oil-free twin-screw compressr rises,the higher working pressure requires a smallsealing gap in the working chamber.However,toosmall a sealing gap may cause the rotor to get stuck due to thermaldeformation and cause the operation failureof the whole machine.Therefore,the design of the sealing clearanceof the working chamberis atechnical difculty inthe designof this type of screw compresor.Inorder to solve this problem,athree-dimensional couplingsimulation model between the internalflow fieldandthesoliddeformationof the rotor was establishedthrough the weak coupling analysis method,based onthe hexahedral meshing technology and the conjugate heat transfer method.

在無油螺桿壓縮機設計前期,由于無油螺桿沒有噴液冷卻措施,所以在工作狀態(tài)下轉(zhuǎn)子腔內(nèi)溫度分布極不均勻;其熱變形程度又往往和設計固有間隙在一個數(shù)量級,若在壓縮機設計時,忽略轉(zhuǎn)子熱變形和工作腔內(nèi)流場間的相互影響,會大大降低設計結(jié)果的可靠性。(剩余4226字)
