Research on new non-corrosive conductive materials for concrete grounding of pole towers

Abstract:In order to improve the corrosion resistanceof the concrete grounding materials of the tower and ensure the safe and stable operation of wind power facilities in mountainous areas,anew type of non-corrosive conductive material suitable forthe concrete grounding ofthe tower was developed with cement,bentonitecomposite materials, stainless steel fiber,graphene and rare earth as the main materials,and its comprehensive performance was evaluated,and it was succesfullyapplied in the foundation grounding of the built wind turbines in a certain place.The results showed that the new non-corosive conductive materials for concrete grounding of the tower could significantly improve the conductivity,mechanical propertiesandanti-corrosion properties of concrete,and all comprehensive performance indexes could meet the requirements of relevant standards.Inthe field application process,theconcrete structure prepared bythenew non -corrosive conductive material had played a good role in reducing resistance,and the resistance reduction eficiency could reach up to 63.8% ,and the power frequency grounding resistance of each grounding device had reached the design value requirements.
