Abstract:The curing kinetics analysis of epoxy resin adhesive for the reinforcement of splicing parts of highway expansion project was studied.For the constructionof the splicing part ofthe highway expansion project,different reinforcement materials were designed.E44,E44/DDMand E44/DDS adhesive samples were prepared for the construction of the splicing part of the highway expansion project,in which E44/DDM and E44/DDS used 4,4, -diaminodiphenylmethane and 4,4, -diaminodiphenylsulfone curing agent,respectively,and E44 was used as the epoxy resin control group sample.The application of diferent adhesive materials was analyzed by curing kinetic test,viscosity and rheology test.The test results showed thatthe E44 specimen could not maintain a good heating dynamic coefficient under diferent heating rates,and the heat flux was relativelylow,so the curing effect could notbe completed quickly. While the curing performance of the two specimens after adding curing agent was stronger,among which the E44/DDS specimen could produce the highest peak temperature and maintain good apparent activation energy during the curing test,and the samplescould also maintain high viscosity and good rheological properties,and there was no large mass loss at high temperature. The epoxy resin adhesive with 4,4 -diaminodiphenyl sulfone curing agent is more suitable for the reinforcement of splicing parts of highway expansion projects.
