Abstract:The concrete cover plate of the channel isoperated ina fully enclosed stateallthe year round,and the concrete cover plateof thechannel is affctedby the freeze-thaw cycle in winter,and the concrete atthe bottom of theslab is seriously damaged.Inorderto improvethe lifeof the concrete coverplate and deeplyanalyzethe disease mechanism of the damage effctof the cover plate,according to theoperating environment of the closed water conveyance channel,the comparative method was used to systematically study the development processof the hydration slurry microstructure andthe concrete interface microstructure of the cementitious material in the concrete before and after the test,the deterioration and evolution mechanism of the concrete disease of theclosed channel were revealed,and the research on the treatment of concrete cover plate disease by spraying cement-based permeable crystalline waterproof materials was cariedout,soas to provide technical support forimproving orreinforcing the closed water conveyance channel.

利用原開敞式灌溉渠道,進(jìn)行覆蓋、防滲處理,改造為封閉式生活供水渠道,有利于保障輸送水的質(zhì)量和效能,但在封閉式的特殊運(yùn)行環(huán)境下,混凝土建筑物受凍融循環(huán)1作用破壞嚴(yán)重。(剩余5313字)
