Abstract:Inorder to makefulluseof theexcellentbiocompatibilityof titanium alloy,make ithavebetterantibacterial properties,andcan be widelyused in clinical practice,the magnetron sputtering deposition technology was used to sputer and deposit Ag coating on the surface of TC4 titanium aloy using Ag as the target material.XRD characterization was used to analyze the composition ofthe coating,and the antibacterial and corosion resistance properties of the Agcoating were tested,andtheclinical trialof titanium alloyplate implantationand internal fixation treatment was carriedout to analyze the clinical application effectof this study.The results showed that the Ag coating was successfully prepared on the surface of TC4 titanium alloy by sputering deposition technology,which not only had excelent corrosionresistance,but alsohad goodantibacterial properties,and itsantibacterialrate was more than 99.99% . In addition,the use of titanium alloy plate for local fixation can effectivelyfix the fracture fragment,which can obtain better repair effect,and the implanted titanium alloy plate has good biocompatibility.
