梨狀肌綜合征（pyriformissyndrome，PS）是坐骨神經(jīng)受梨狀肌壓迫而引起的一種周圍神經(jīng)卡壓綜合征，這種綜合征常導(dǎo)致患者出現(xiàn)同側(cè)腰臀部、大腿甚至小腿部的麻木和刺痛，是坐骨神經(jīng)痛的一種較為常見且極其重要的原因[。（剩余12415字）
