Abstract：ObectieTalecedolateitealfiaiinreamtofpoialeracurditse complications.MetodsAtotalof6OpatientswithproximalhumeralfracturesadmitdtYushanBoaiHospitalfromJanuary1toDecember 2023wereseledtetsfuoigdlededntotoodeioo with3Opatientsinchoupeotoloedwitetealfiaiondeaiooupasreatedilateal fixationTefractueceltateoudergefoioosaturleoudeructioe（paictivituciouet activity）dlds fracture excellent rate of the observation group was 9 6 . 6 7 % ，whichwas higher than 7 3 . 3 3 % of the control group（ .Thepostoperative shoulder rangeofmotioninthebservationgoupashgertantatintecotroloupndteoresfpainctivityfuctionusclergtd activity were higher than those in the control group（ .The incidence of complications in the observation group was 3 . 3 3 % ，which was lower than 2 6 . 6 7 % in the control group（ P<0 . 0 5 ） .Conclusion Plate internal fixation is effectivein the treatment of patients with proximal humeral fracturesedtuei the shoulder range of motion of patients.It is worthy of application.
