Abstract：ObjectiveTexplorethevalueofearlywaing（NEW）sorecombinedwithCreactiveprotein（CRP）inevaatingteseveritynd prognosisfhyperlipidecpancreatis（HMetdsotalof6patintsithdmitedtSagouCoutyeopsospialroay 2020toJuly3eredividedtoldouatients），odeategouptits）devereop4patintsogtoiyf thedisease.TerCRPlevelasetected，teNEWalesorewascompleedndtheprogosisaseredTeCRPlveldEW scoreofmildgoup，oderategroupandseveregouperecomparedTecorrlationetweenCRPandNWSscoreandtheseveriofHPas analyzed.TheCRPndNEWcoresofpatientswithoorprogosisndgodprogosiserecomparedTepredicieueofCRPoinedwih NEWSscoreforoprogosisinpatientsithasaedResultsThreereatistallysignifiantdfrencesinCRleveldEW score among the three groups（ P < 0 . 0 5 ） .The CRP level and NEWS score from low to high were mild group .TheROC curve showed that the AUC，sensitivity andspecificityofCRPcombinedwithNEWSscoreinpredictingpoorprognosisofHLPweregreaterthanthoseofthetwoalone（ P <0.05）. ConclusionCRevelndEWSorereoelaedieeverityfndecombddetectoofthtosighprieaue for the prognosis of HLP.

高脂血癥性胰腺炎（hyperlipidemicpancreatitis，HLP）為急診常見(jiàn)消化系統(tǒng)疾病，其病情進(jìn)展迅速、腹痛劇烈，具有發(fā)病急、病程長(zhǎng)、并發(fā)癥多等特點(diǎn)，患者多伴有較高的死亡風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，其病情評(píng)估及預(yù)后風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的提早判斷尤為關(guān)鍵[2]。（剩余5855字）
