Abstract：ObectieTudythtfgitiveavioalitervetioselfarebilityyclicalatedusingolf patientswithgltosurgeryMetdstotalof7pintsudewetltosurgeryinrospialfoApriltoebuar were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group （n=35）and observation group ）byrandom number table method.The controlgroupasiisileraiooogivioaleeiootsisfoolo self-carebiltolcalateietdeprsors）sileditefose ResultsCedieeorcsfilitaeil，siltt diseasehealtheeiooseasdteedopaditoloesifelail the observation group were higher（ P<0 . 0 5 ）.Compared with before intervention，the anxiety and depression scores of the two groups decreased after interventionnompedihotrolopeieydepresorfeaiooeio （ P<0 . 0 5 ） Compared with 8 2 . 8 6 % ofthenursingcompliancerateofthecontrolgroup，thenursingcompliancerateof theobservationgroupwashigher， accounting for 9 7 . 1 4 % ？ .Compared with 1 4 . 2 9 % of the incidence of complications in the control group，the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower，accounting for 5 . 7 1 % ？ .Conclusion Cognitive behavioral intervention can improve the self-care ability of patientsihld prognosis.It is worthy of clinical application.
