Abstract:OjectiveToivestigatethefectofeferineenaloidativetressinatsitabeticphropatyMetdSDaleatse randomlydividedintootrolgouodeloupaetoupdosiiecotrolgouIditiotootrolouthou werfedwithigsurndigfatdettoakeDodelAftersucfulodelingroupeddrugtreatentTeontrogroundedel groupwereitragastricallyadministeredwiththesameamountofsaline,thetreatment groupwasintragastricallyadministeredwith 4 0 m g / k g neferine, and the positive control group was intragastrically administered with 1 4 m g / k g irbesartan.HE staining was used to observe the pathological conditions ofratkidneytisederticalmcroopeoecalalsisofuiaryrotenontiatsasefodEassedtete contents of TNF- ,SODandMDAinratkidneytissue.ResultsComparedwiththecontrol group,therenaltisue structureof themodel groupwas signficantldteotldttaltldd contents of MDA and TNF- were significantly increased( .Compared with the model group,the local renal tissue of the treatment group was damaged to varying degrees,the urine protein of the treatment group was significantly reduced ( P<0 . 0 1 ) ,the content of SOD was increased( P<0 . 0 5 ) , and the content of MDA and TNF- was decreased in the treatment group ( .Conclusion Neferine can improve the damage of renal tissue in diabetiephoatetoedeaieaspeio of diabetic nephropathy rats.
