Astract：Ueeesteeoleprouotegeso MethodsNoalovarianepithelialellISE8OndepithelialovarancancercellsOVCAR-3ndHeyereselectedHeyCtrlgroupassetas blankcontroloioldeaie PELP1wasdetedyeal-teuoresceceuanitativePCR（RTCR）ndWestBlot（WB）TerelativeexpressnevelofPwas detectedbyWB.TheconcentrationofVEGFAinthesupernatant（CM）ofOE-Vector-CMgroupandOE-PELP1-CMgroupwasdeterminedby enzyme-linkedimmunosorbents（ELA）efectsofCMontemigraioandubefoationofuanbilcalveinedothelialels （HUVECs）weredetectedbyTranswellandangiogeesisethodsResultseexpresionlevelofELPinepithelialovariancanceels OVCAR-3 and Heywas higher than that in normal ovarian epithelial cells IOSE80（ P<0 . 0 5 ） .The expressionlevel of PELP1 in Hey-OE-PELP1 group was higher than that in Hey-Ctrl group and Hey-OE-Vector group .The concentration of VEGFA，the numberof migrated cellsand the number of tube nodes in OE-PELP1-CM group were higher than those in OE-Vector-CM group（ .Conclusion PELP1 promotes angiogenesis in epithelial ovarian cancer.
