Abstract： Nowadays，supplychainlogistics transportation plays anincreasingly importantrole inthe operation andmanagementof enterprises.Especiallyithecurrntcompetitivemarketenvironment，teoperationalchallengesfcedbynterprisesareineasingly complexandthechoiceoflogisticstransportationmodedirectlyafects thecosteffectiveness，operationaleficiencyandmarket competitivenessofenterprises.Business management decision-makingcan guide theoperationanddevelopment of enterprises， which hasacertain impactonthe choiceoflogistics transportation mode.Based onthe basic theories of businesmanagement decision making，this paperanalyzes theconceptandcharacteristics ofsuplychainlogistics，andthen discuses theinfluence ofbusine managementdecisio-making onthechoiceofsupplychainlogistics tansportationmode，inorder toprovidetheoreticalsupportand practical guidance for enterprises to optimize supply chain management and improve the overalloperation effciency.
