Abstract： Multimodal transport serves asacrucialever for China todrivecost reduction，qualityimprovement，and eiiency enhanceetiistisswellsadusttraspoiruureItysnsssttl thepromotionofighqualtydevelopmentinmultimodaltransportandtheestablishmentofastronglogisticsprovinceaskeytasksfor theentire province.ByanalyzingthenecesityofconstructingtheChina-Laosrailaycrossbordermultimodaltransportcoidorin Yunnan，thisstudypointsouttheconstructionplanofYunnan'sossbordermultimodaltrasportcoridorfromfourdiectios：the northlinkagecorridor，thesouthlnkagecodor，theast inkagecorrdor，ndte west linkagecorrior，andproposescorrspoding developmentcountermeasures.Theaimis toprovidereference forYunnantodevelpcrossborder multimodal transport，buildan interconectedinteratioaltransportcorridorandbterleveragetheadiationefectoftheChina-Laosrailway"goldenido.
