Abstract： Inorder tometthe nationalrequirements forthe developmentofgreelgisticsand green lowarboncirculareconomy， this studyfocusesonthe national standardofGree Logistics Indicatorsnd Acounting Methods todeeplyanalyzetheefficiency oflogistics industry.Bysorting outthethregrenlogistics indexsystemsof resources，perationandenvironment，comparingtwo efciencymeasurementmethodsofdataenvelopmentanalysis （DEA）andstochasticfrontieranalysis （SFA），andusingtheSuperBM model to buildacalculation model. Accordingtothespecificsituationof thelogsticsindustryin Henan Province，the paperconstructs anevaluationindexssteomposedofapitalinput，lboinpuandeerginputintheinpuindicesandthelogsticsbusinioe goodsturnoverandcarbon emisionindex intheoutputindices.Andthenanempiricalanalysisisconductedbytakinglogisticsidustry in HenanProvincasaaseBasedoteanalysissults，frotheperspectivofteeterprise，govermentandindustryoiatite suggestions for improving the efciency of the logistics industry in Henan Province are proposed.
