Abstract:Driven byconsumption upgrading and market demand,the tea market supplychain in South China is moving towards a highqualitytransformation.Thispaperfocusesonthelgistcsdstributionisseinthesupplychinintegratioofsmallandmedium sizedtea enterprises in South China,taking MFTea Industryas theresearchobject.InresponsetotheactualsituationofMFTea Industry'scurretdistribution,suchaspath planingnotconsideringcustomerasificatinfromtesupplychin prspeiveadoute selectionotdistingushingresponsespeedrqurements,MTeaIndustry'sdistributionbusinesisdividedintopushdelierypl delivery,nd push pullcombined dliveryfromthesupplychainservice perspetive,andcorrespondingdisributionpathotiation research iscariedout.Itnotonlyrealizestecombiedaplicationofdistributionpathplangisueandsuppychainthorybualso provides effectivereferenceforthe high-qualitytransformationofthesupplychainofsmalland medium-sizedtea enterprises.
