Abstract： Basedonthe SERQUAL model，this paperdesigns thequestionnaire andinvestigates the expresservicequalityof three towns（XiaolouTown，ZhengguoTownandPaitanTown）inthenorthofZengchengDistrict，Guangzhou.Troughtheinvestigation，it is foundthattereisabiggapetwnteonvenieceesponsivenesandtagibilityustomerexpetationndactualeeivdvale ofruralexpreservicequalityinthethe northerntowns ofZengchengDistrict，Guangzou.Invieofteabvementionedgap，this paper puts forward theimprovementpathofrural expresservice qualityinthreetownsinte northof Zengcheng District，Guangzhou fromtheperspectiveofdierentsujects.irstlythegovermentshouldactivelypromoteteconstructiooflogisticsifrastructure providescieideasepptdultepofealatsiaprsdydlyterpud improvethequalityoftheirmploys，sareesoures，promote wiwincoperatioexpandbusiesstypes，rovideriousices， and establish a customer feedback platform to organize customer feedback information.
