Abstract： Asapacticalafoologalvanstrctodeualrvitalzatiostratgenlgistisplial role nachievingChina'sdualcarbongoals.Basedonfieldsurveysandtheexpertopiniomethod，thisstudyconstructsanevaluation systemconsistingof3criterialayersand9bservationindicators.UsingAnalyticHerarchyProces （AHP），itconductsaneirical analysis ofthe greendevelopmentofruralecommercelogistisinLijang City.Theresults indicatethatthecoredrivingfactorsinclude mechanismsforgrenlogsticstalentecruitmentandcultivationeveselogistcylingefiienygreenlogistisincentipliis， intellgetlgisticsfacilitis，ndologicalsposibilitwareessamongpractitionrs.Aodinglystrategssuchastablising gren incentive mechansms，ultivating gnsposibilityawarenes，promoingintellgent tehnology penetratonaditroducing profesioaltlntsareproposedtoproideatheoreticalpardigmandpracticalreferecefortegntransformationofuralcoce logistics in plateau areas.
