Abstract： Under thegrand blueprintofurtherpromoting Chinese path tomodernization，theYangtzeRiverhas increasinglybecome themainarteryofunblockingthedomesticandinternationaldoublecirculation.Theport，asanimportantcarriertopromotethe coordinateddeveloentofrgioaleoyaswellastheblotandbofndndwatertrasportatin，aseete keyfactortostimulatetheefectivenessoftheYellowGoldenChaneloftheYangtzeRiver.Giventhatthenewthree-dimensional portisanadvancedformofportdevelopment，thisarticletakestheconstructionofanewthreedimensionalportinHuangshiNew Portastestartingpoint，analzes thecurrntsitationandproblemsinteconstructionofanewthreedimensionalporthubandthe strengtheingndoptimizationofthe multimodaltransportcollectionanddistributionsysteminNewPort，mingat proposingrelevant countermeasures and suggestions to promote the efficiency of the Yangtze River waterway.
