Abstract：Thistudyusesthepaneldataof31 provicesinChinafrom20o8 to222 toexploretheimpactofthedigitaleconomyon logistics effiency.Byusingetroyvale method，DEAanalysismetodandtwoayfiedfectmodelandotermethodsitsfound thatdigitalecooyansigficantlymproeloisicseficicyndtchologicalinovationplaysamediatingolinhis， andthepromotingefectismoreobvious.Meanwhile，from008to022，thereisanegativerelationshipetweenthelevelofeomic developmentandlgisticsiencyndteipactofoventinterveononlogsticseicyisotsignicant.sedthis， it is recommendedtotregtentheesearchevlopntandaplicationfdigitalthologies，ancetechologicaliovatioad talentcultivato，ndpromotgioalodinateddevelopmtandolictitioostfacilitateteigialtafotioof the logistics industry and improve logistics efficiency.
