Abstract： Operations researchand optimizationare widely applied inlogistics management，providinga scientific tolfor enterprises torationallyutilizeresources，reducelogisticscosts，and maximizeprofits.Toenhancetheteachingefectiveessof logisticsmanagentcouses，itisecessrytointrodcetheoncptsofperationsseachndozatiointthulum anddemonstratethemithpracticalcases.Tisarticlefocuseonaplicationscenariosinthelogisticssstemsuchascilitloatio anddistributionotization，inventoryanagement，andsoueallcation.Itintegatsoratiossearchandoati intotheteachingoflgistics managementcourses throughrelated practicalcases.Bystepssuchasmathematicalmodeling，analytical solution，computerprogammngfopblesing，andodeletesionitiulatessdents'itrisicotivationtaad improve their abilityto apply operations researchandoptimization techniques to solve practicallogistics problems.
