Abstract：Intetetofreuetpublcealthmegenis，megcylogisticshasecoeanetialdimptantsupogpat andthemproventofemergncylgisticsapabiltisisparticualyimportant，espciallinthdenselypopuatedandgeoaaly specialeconoicnterofteangtzeRiverDeltagionretheaidesposecapabilityfemegenylgisticsisrucialisrtice takespaneldatafomfourprovncesintheYangteRiverDeltaregonfrom01to1astheresearchjects，establishesanergency logisticscapabilityanalysis modelbasedonthecombinationofentropyweightmethodandTOPsS model，andapliesthisodelto evaluatetheemergencylgisticscapabilityoftheYangtzeRiverDeltaregion.Teresultsshowtatteemergencylosticscapabilityofe YangtzeRiverDeltaregionis generallatalweraveragelevelundersuddenpublicealth events，andputsforwardseveralugestios in response to this conclusion.
