Abstract：The14thFive-YearPlanemphasizestheimportanceof greendevelopment.Greenlogisticshasbecomeanimportant reformdirectifortelgisticsfieldandintealenterprisestoaheegndevelopment.Howeer，omelgisticseterprseill choosetostayawayfromgreenlogsticsbecauseofthecostofenvironmentalprotectioactivitiesandthenlosetheposibilityof achievingsustaiabledevelopment.Thebalancebetweenenvironmentalprotectionandsustainabilitybecomesesential.Atpresent， theenvironment isfacingmulti-dimensionalchallnges causedbylogisticsactivities，which strengthenstheimportanceof green logisticsintheldoflogistis.Bynalyzingtheexistingenvironmentalchalengesofgreenlogisticstepracticeofgenloisti the posible inovationofgreentechnologyandtheprospectoffuturedevelopment，this paperdrawsconclusionsonhowtorealize greenlogistics，howtoapplygreentechnologyandowlogisticsenterprisessouldviewthebalancebetweesustaiabilityand environmental protection.
