Abstract：Basedonthedataof18listedlogisticscompaniesduringtheperiodfrom2OOtoO，this paperconstructsteperfoance evaluationsysteforlistedlgisticscompaies.Tsesstheperformanceevelofompanin22theDECCmodelisutld fromastaticviewpoint.Additionaly，theDEA-Malmquist indexmodelisemployed toevaluateDBCompanysyearlyperformance between 020and2022providingadynamic viewpoint.Thefindingssuggest thatDBCompanyoperatesbelowtheDEAefciency threshold，dealslcsoutseist strategies，ndtattetotalfctoproductiityforBCompayisecodedat3incatinganimproventinpoductiocy Meanwhile，decompositiofindingsreveal thatimprovementsarenecesaryinbothoperationalmanagementandresourceaocation capabilities withinDBCompany.Therefore，DBCompanyshouldstrengthenthemanagementofumanresoures，improvethelevelof management and optimize the allocation of resources.
