Abstract： Byconstructingan evaluationindex system，this paper measures the new quality productivityand highqualitygreen logisticsdevelopmentindexof30provincialadmiistrativeregionsinChinafrom212to221usesDagumcoeficientandKerel densitytodescribetespatiotemporalevolutioncharacteristicsndusesintermearyectandspatialDurbinodeltpaly testthe mechanismandspatialefectofnewqualityproductivityonhighqualitydevelopmentofgreenlogistics.Theresearchresults indicatethattheoveralltrendofhighqualitydevelopmentofgreenlogisticsandthelevelofnewqualityproductivityispositive butregional diferencesaregraduallywidening，showingamultipolardevelopmenttrend withthestrongestempowerment efect in the centralregionand weaker empowerment efect intheeasternand westernregions，thatnewquality productivityindirectly promotes theigh-qualitydevelopmentof greenlogisticsbyadjustingresource alocation，thatthere isathresholdforgovernment intervention inthe process ofhigh-qualitydevelopmentof grenlogisticsempoweredbynewquality productivityandthat new qualityproductivityhasapositivedrivingefectontheighqualitydevelopmntoflocalgrenlgistics，andhasanegatiespatial spillover effect on surrounding areas.
