Application of Microfluidic Chip Technology in Food Rapid Inspection

Abstract: Food safety is the basis of public health protection.Although traditional food detection methods are accurate,they have shortcomings such as long detection cycle and expensive equipment, which aredificult to met the needs ofrapid on-site detection.Microfluidicchip technology is a new rapid detection technology, which integrates the experimental process on the micro chip,drives the fluid by pressure difference and electric field force, and usesvarious materials toachieve efcient and accurate analysis through separationand detection means.In this paper,teapplication status of microfluidic chip technology in foodrapid inspection isanalyzed,and the prospectis made,in order to promote the application of this technologyin the fieldof food rapid inspection and provide strong technical support for ensuring food safety.
