Research on the Application of Food Inspection Technology in Ensuring Food Quality and Safety

Abstract: This paper reviews the specific application scenarios of food inspection technology in raw materials, procesing,storageadsales,andanalyzes tsapplicationadvantages inapiddetection,accurate traceabilitydisk early warning.At the same time,in viewof the problems of lagging standards,insuffcient equipment management and talent shortage in the current application of food inspection technology, targeted strategies are proposed.
