Research on the Method of Determining Lead Elements in Grains by Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

Abstract: Objective: To establish a method for determining the lead content in grains using graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Method: The microwave digestion method was used for the pretreatment of grain samples,and the test solution was injected into the graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometer, where the samples were ashed and atomized to determine the lead content. Result: A good linear relationship was found when the lead element concentration was between 0μg?L-1 to 40μg?L-1 ,with a correlation coefficient greater than 0.999. The recovery rate of added standards was between 77.5% to 92.1% ,and the relative standard deviation in precision experiments was 1.7% to 5.7% .Conclusion: The method shows good detection linearity, high sensitivity, high accuracy, and good precision, making it suitable for determining the lead content in grains.
