Research on Food Safety Risks and Prevention Strategies in Agricultural Product Supply Chain

Abstract: With the increasing complexity and multi link nature of agricultural product supply chains, food safety risks are becoming increasingly prominent.This article focuseson key links such as production,circulation, processing,storage and transportation,and sales.It deeply analyzes the specific manifestations and causes of risks, clarifies the basic principles of risk preventionand control,and proposes full process risk prevention and control strategies, including strengthening source management, improving information tracing systems,enhancing multiparty collaborative governance,and improving regulatory effciency.The aim is to provide strong support for the healthy and sustainable development of agricultural product supply chains.
