Abstract: Doing a good job in food safety inspection and testing quality management to ensure the accuracy of test results can effectively improve the quality and effciency offood safety supervision.This paper analyzes the current situation of domestic food safety inspection and testing,discusses the problems existing in the process of food safety inspection and testing,and puts forward the quality management strategyof food safety inspection and testing from many aspects such as system improvement, testing technology methods,information technology application, internal supervisionand talentteam construction,inorder to improve the effectivenessand accuracy ofinspection and testing results and promote the healthy development of the food industry.
