Normative Construction of the Food Safety Supervision and Sampling System

Abstract: The food safety supervision and sampling system is a crucial means to ensure food safety, and its normative construction holds significant importance for safeguarding public health and market order. This paper begins by examining the legal basis,implementation status,and existing issues of food safety supervision and sampling,then explores key paths for normatively constructing the system. Through analyzing domestic and foreign advanced experiences, targeted optimization strategies are proposed to provide theoretical support and practical references for enhancing the scientificity, impartiality,and effectiveness offood safety supervision and sampling.
