磺胺類抗菌增效劑殘留檢測方法研究進(jìn)展

摘 要：隨著農(nóng)業(yè)科技的發(fā)展，動源性農(nóng)產(chǎn)品中磺胺類獸藥抗菌增效劑的使用逐漸增多，其引發(fā)的殘留問題引起了廣泛關(guān)注。本文綜述動源性農(nóng)產(chǎn)品中磺胺類抗菌增效劑殘留檢測方法的研究進(jìn)展，并提出未來研究的發(fā)展方向，以保障農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和食品安全。

Research Progress in Detection Methods of Sulfonamide Antibacterial Synergists Residues

Abstract： With the development of agricultural science and technology， the use of sulfonamide veterinary drug antibacterial synergists in dynamic agricultural products has gradually increased， and the residue problem caused by them has attracted widespread attention. In this paper， we summarize the research progress of the detection method of sulfonamide antimicrobial synergist residues in dynamic agricultural products， and put forward the development direction of future research to ensure the quality and food safety of agricultural products.
