預(yù)制菜化學(xué)性污染風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析

摘 要：近年來，預(yù)制菜產(chǎn)業(yè)快速崛起，并持續(xù)保持高速增長。同時(shí)，預(yù)制菜的質(zhì)量安全問題也愈加受到人們的重視。本文就預(yù)制菜中化學(xué)性污染這一重要危害因素開展風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析，并提出了切實(shí)可行的防控措施，以期為預(yù)制菜產(chǎn)業(yè)新質(zhì)生產(chǎn)力高質(zhì)量發(fā)展提供助力。

Abstract： In recent years， the prefabricated dishes industry has risen rapidly and continues to maintain rapid growth. At the same time， the quality and safety of prefabricated dishes have also attracted more and more attention. This paper carried out risk analysis on chemical contamination， an important hazard factor in prefabricated dishes， and put forward feasible prevention and control measures， in order to provide support for the high-quality development of new quality productive forces in prefabricated dishes industry.
