國內(nèi)食品重金屬污染現(xiàn)狀

摘 要：重金屬污染是一種全球性現(xiàn)象，其不僅危害著生態(tài)環(huán)境，還對人們的健康構(gòu)成威脅。本文綜述了近年來國內(nèi)食品中的重金屬污染狀況，探討其在食品中的分布特征，為今后開展食品中重金屬的暴露及風(fēng)險評估研究提供參考。

Current Situation of Heavy Metal Pollution in Domestic Food

Abstract： Heavy metal pollution is a global phenomenon， which damages the ecological environment and poses a serious threat to human health. This paper summarizes the contamination status of heavy metals in domestic food in recent years and discusses the distribution characteristics of heavy metals in food， so as to provide reference for the exposure and risk assessment of heavy metals in food in the future.
