輻照食品檢測技術(shù)研究進(jìn)展
摘 要:隨著科技的不斷發(fā)展,食品輻照檢測技術(shù)也需要更新,應(yīng)用先進(jìn)的檢測技術(shù)能快速篩查不合格的產(chǎn)品,判斷食品是否進(jìn)行過輻照,以及輻照加工計(jì)量是否滿足標(biāo)準(zhǔn),建立完善的工作流程,有助于食品安全管理。本文將結(jié)合輻照技術(shù)檢測實(shí)踐進(jìn)行細(xì)致化分析,突出輻照食品檢測技術(shù)的應(yīng)用優(yōu)勢,分析該技術(shù)的整體發(fā)展趨勢。

Research Progress of Irradiated Food Detection Technology

Abstract: With the continuous development of science and technology, the food irradiation detection technology also needs to be updated. The application of advanced detection technology can quickly screen the unqualified products, judge whether the food has been irradiated, and whether the irradiation processing measurement meets the standards, and establish a perfect workflow, which is conducive to food safety management. This paper will combine the detection practice of irradiation technology for detailed analysis, highlight the application advantages of irradiation food detection technology, and analyze the overall development trend of this technology.
