氣相色譜法在藥食同源食品安全檢測中的應(yīng)用

摘 要：在藥食同源食品檢測方面，我國還處于起步階段，在發(fā)展程度上與發(fā)達國家存在較大差距。其中，檢測技術(shù)不完善、人員專業(yè)水平有待提高以及缺乏先進設(shè)備是造成該現(xiàn)象的主要原因。本文對藥食同源食品在安全檢測中存在的問題進行分析，并對氣相色譜法在藥食同源食品安全檢測中的應(yīng)用進行介紹，以供參考。

Application of Gas Chromatography in the Safety Detection of Food and Medicine Homologous Foods

Abstract： In terms of the detection of drug and food homologous foods， China is still in its infancy， and there is a large gap between China and developed countries in the degree of development. The main reason for this phenomenon is the lack of advanced technology and testing personnel， which needs to be improved. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the safety detection of drug and food homologous foods， and introduces the application of gas chromatography in the safety detection of drug and food homologous foods for reference.
