摘 要：本文對食品檢驗檢測的重要性進行闡述，分析了目前食品檢驗檢測存在的主要問題，并根據問題提出創(chuàng)新與完善食品檢驗檢測體系建設、強化市場食品安全檢驗機制建設、提升食品檢驗檢測機構執(zhí)行效能和開展職業(yè)化食品安全檢驗隊伍建設，為全面助力食品安全檢測工作開展提供參考。
