食品添加劑對(duì)食品安全的影響及策略研究

摘 要：食品添加劑是指為改善食品品質(zhì)和色、香、味以及因防腐和加工工藝的需要而加入食品中的化學(xué)合成或天然物質(zhì)。食品添加劑已被廣泛應(yīng)用于食品行業(yè)，相關(guān)部門也對(duì)其在食品生產(chǎn)中的使用制定了嚴(yán)格的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。但在實(shí)際生活中，還需從食品安全角度進(jìn)一步對(duì)食品添加劑的影響和管理進(jìn)行分析。

Research on the Influence and Strategy of Food Additives on Food Safety

Abstract： Food additives refer to chemical synthetic or natural substances added to food to improve food quality and color， aroma and taste， as well as to meet the needs of anti-corrosion and processing technology. Food additives have been widely used in the food industry， and relevant departments have also formulated strict standards for their use in food production. However， in real life， it is necessary to further analyze the impact and management of food additives from the perspective of food safety.
