食品檢驗(yàn)機(jī)構(gòu)留樣管理中存在的問(wèn)題及解決辦法

摘 要：本文探討了食品檢驗(yàn)機(jī)構(gòu)留樣的作用、食品留樣規(guī)范化管理的重要意義，結(jié)合當(dāng)下食品檢驗(yàn)機(jī)構(gòu)留樣管理中常見(jiàn)的問(wèn)題給出了解決辦法，并輔以示例解釋說(shuō)明，為留樣再測(cè)結(jié)果的準(zhǔn)確性提供保證，以科學(xué)、公正地評(píng)價(jià)檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)機(jī)構(gòu)的工作質(zhì)量。

Problems and Solutions in the Management of Retained Samples in Food Inspection Institutions

Abstract： This paper discusses the role of sample retention of food inspection institutions and the significance of standardized management of food sample retention. Combined with the common problems in the sample retention management of food inspection institutions， this paper gives solutions， supplemented by examples to explain， so as to provide guarantee for the accuracy of sample retention retest results and evaluate the work quality of inspection and testing institutions scientifically and fairly.
