某汽油發(fā)動機(jī)機(jī)油消耗量高原因分析

摘 要:針對某汽油發(fā)動機(jī)活塞機(jī)油消耗量高的問題,從發(fā)動機(jī)系統(tǒng)級、零部件級分析了該問題可能產(chǎn)生的原因并形成故障魚骨圖,以此為基礎(chǔ)利用仿真分析和試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證相結(jié)合的方法對可能原因進(jìn)行逐一排查。最后通過優(yōu)化缸體筋板、活塞環(huán)結(jié)構(gòu)、活塞回油結(jié)構(gòu)等,有效解決了發(fā)動機(jī)活塞機(jī)油消耗量高的問題。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of high oil consumption of a gasoline engine, the possible causes of the problem were analyzed from the engine system level and component level, and the fishbone diagram was formed. Base on this, the possible causes were checked one by one by the method od simulation analysis and test verification. Finally, by optimizing cylinder block, the second ring structure, piston oil return structure and so on, the problem of high oil consumption is effectively solved.

機(jī)油消耗量為發(fā)動機(jī)工作過程中機(jī)油的消耗量,國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對發(fā)動機(jī)機(jī)油消耗量并沒有進(jìn)行規(guī)定,GB/T 19055-2003《汽車發(fā)動機(jī)性能試驗(yàn)方法》附錄A中A.3規(guī)定:在額定轉(zhuǎn)速全負(fù)荷工況機(jī)油與燃油的消耗比值不得超過0.3%,各主機(jī)廠開發(fā)發(fā)動機(jī)時,會對發(fā)動機(jī)的機(jī)燃比做更嚴(yán)格的規(guī)定,一般要求機(jī)燃比不大于0.15%。(剩余3320字)
