標(biāo)桿管理在驅(qū)動軸設(shè)計改進中的應(yīng)用

摘 要：標(biāo)桿管理就是通過辨識標(biāo)桿，分析與標(biāo)桿的差距及原因，借鑒、學(xué)習(xí)其最佳實踐，制定并采取改進與創(chuàng)新措施，以實現(xiàn)追趕、超越競爭對手和標(biāo)桿的持續(xù)改進與創(chuàng)新過程。本文通過進行立標(biāo)、對標(biāo)、達標(biāo)、創(chuàng)標(biāo)的全過程對標(biāo)管理，對驅(qū)動軸細節(jié)設(shè)計問題進行改進，并總結(jié)制定出了新的驅(qū)動軸產(chǎn)品設(shè)計規(guī)范。

Abstract：Benchmarking is to identify benchmarks， analyze the gaps and reasons with benchmarks， learn from their best practices， formulate and take improvement and innovation measures， so as to achieve continuous improvement and innovation process of catching up and surpassing competitors and benchmarks. This paper improves the detailed design of the drive shaft by carrying out the whole process of standard management， benchmarking， standard attainment and standard creation， and summarizes and formulates a new drive shaft product design specification.

2021年4月中國質(zhì)量協(xié)會發(fā)布了T/CAQ 10205-2021《對標(biāo)管理指南》[1]團體標(biāo)準，給出了開展對標(biāo)管理活動的基本理念和指南，為各類對標(biāo)活動的組織開展指引意義非凡。（剩余4416字）
