TPMS檢測設(shè)備通過率提升的研究及應(yīng)用

摘 要：本文針對汽車生產(chǎn)制造過程中，TPMS檢測設(shè)備現(xiàn)場檢測通過率低的問題，分析測試過程中的問題現(xiàn)象及原因，提出TPMS檢測設(shè)備的工藝測試流程優(yōu)化方案，將通過率提升至99%以上，有效提高現(xiàn)場生產(chǎn)效率及線體一次通過率，可為TPMS檢測設(shè)備方案規(guī)劃、工藝流程制定、現(xiàn)場安調(diào)及問題解決提供借鑒和參考。

Abstract：Aiming at the low pass rate of TPMS testing equipment in the automobile manufacturing process， this paper analyzes the problem site and cause in the testing process， and puts forward the process optimization scheme of TPMS testing equipment， which improves the pass rate by more than 99% and greatly improves on-site production efficiency and once pass rate of line body， this study can provide reference for TPMS testing equipment program planning， technological process formulation， on-site installation and debugging and related problem solving.
