基于CAB氣囊展開問題的研究

摘 要：實(shí)車試驗(yàn)出現(xiàn)CAB氣囊后腔展開后飄動(dòng)，掃到假人頭部，且氣囊后腔展開速度比前腔慢等問題，本文以此為切入點(diǎn)，簡述如何通過改變氣囊折疊方式、改變氣囊花型的方法，改善CAB氣囊展開狀態(tài)的問題。通過此問題的改善，為后續(xù)CAB氣囊開發(fā)提供經(jīng)驗(yàn)積累。

Abstract：During the test， the cab airbag rear cavity fluttered after deployment， swept to the dummy's head， and the deployment speed of the airbag rear cavity was slower than that of the front cavity. Taking this as the starting point， this paper briefly describes how to improve the deployment state of cab airbag by changing the folding mode and pattern of airbag. The improvement of this problem provides an empirical basis for the subsequent cab airbag development.
