摘 要：本文主要介紹一種汽車外開手柄耐久試驗裝置，利用鋁合金型材搭建試驗基架，使用PLC可編程控制系統(tǒng)來實現(xiàn)控制，采用氣缸為執(zhí)行裝置作用在手柄和車門上實現(xiàn)對車門和手柄的操作，再配合調(diào)壓閥、節(jié)流閥來調(diào)節(jié)，實現(xiàn)汽車外開手柄及門鎖耐久試驗。

Abstract：This paper mainly introduces a durability test device for automobile exterior handle， which uses aluminum alloy profile to build test base frame， uses PLC programmable control system to realize control， uses cylinder as executive device to act on handle and door to realize operation of door and handle， and then cooperates with pressure regulating valve and throttle valve to realize durability test for automobile exterior handle and door lock.

1 前言

汽車外開手柄及門鎖系統(tǒng)是裝在車門及其立柱上能將車門可靠鎖緊并通過器內(nèi)部機構(gòu)實現(xiàn)開啟及鎖緊功能的裝置。（剩余3930字）
