制動(dòng)卡鉗活塞漏油改善研究

摘 要：某車型在結(jié)構(gòu)耐久試驗(yàn)過程中出現(xiàn)了后制動(dòng)卡鉗活塞防塵罩處滲油。制動(dòng)卡鉗在生命周期內(nèi)是不允許有漏油發(fā)生的。本文針對(duì)上述故障產(chǎn)生的原因進(jìn)行了分析排查出活塞漏油的原因，并通過設(shè)計(jì)和工藝優(yōu)化，對(duì)該問題進(jìn)行了改善。

Abstract：Oil leakage occurred in the dust cover of the piston of rear brake caliper during the structural endurance test of a car type. The brake calipers are not allowed to leak oil during their life cycle. In this paper， the causes of the above failures were analyzed and the causes of piston oil leakage were found out， and through design and process optimization， the problem was improved.
