摘 要:汽車技術(shù)迅猛發(fā)展,傳統(tǒng)的汽車服務(wù)工程專業(yè)培養(yǎng)的人才已無法適應(yīng)新的發(fā)展形勢(shì)。通過產(chǎn)教融合、校企合作,為汽車商務(wù)專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)融入最新的行業(yè)知識(shí)和需求,對(duì)提升汽車商務(wù)專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量,更好地適應(yīng)行業(yè)發(fā)展,有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。

Abstract:With the rapid development of automotive technology, the talents trained in traditional automotive service engineering can no longer adapt to the new development situation. Through the integration of production and education and school-enterprise cooperation, the training of automotive business professionals is integrated with the latest industry knowledge and needs, which has a certain guiding significance for improving the quality of automotive business professional training and better adapting to the development of the industry.

1 引言
汽車商務(wù)行業(yè)需要的是可以把動(dòng)手能力與專業(yè)知識(shí)相結(jié)合的人才,但就目前汽車行業(yè)的從業(yè)人員而言,具備高素質(zhì)技術(shù)的人很少,這主要是因?yàn)楦呗氃盒?duì)于人才的培養(yǎng)并不能滿足企業(yè)對(duì)工作人員的要求。(剩余3674字)
