Abstract：This articlereviewsthediagnosisand treatment processofa patient with venous congestioninatransplantedskinflap whowasadmitedin March2O24.Itisfoundthattheliveleechtherapyof Zhuang medicinecansignificantlyimprovetheconditionof venouscongestioninthetransplantedskinflap.Theauthoranalyzesandsummarizestheideasofusinglivelechtherapyof Zhuang medicine to treat venous congestion in the transplanted skin flap，providing clinical diagnosis and treatment basis.

隨著醫(yī)療技術(shù)的發(fā)展和進(jìn)步，皮瓣在修復(fù)表皮起到至關(guān)重要的作用，皮瓣血液循環(huán)障礙導(dǎo)致淤血形成仍是皮瓣移植術(shù)后主要的并發(fā)癥之一，嚴(yán)重則會(huì)出現(xiàn)皮瓣的壞死，造成不可逆的損失[1]。（剩余5160字）
